Creating and managing lead lists

Lead lists are the core of Cleanlist. Every lead belongs to a list, and all enrichment, smart columns, and exports happen at the list level.

Creating a list

  1. Click New List from the home page or sidebar.

  2. Enter a name and optional description.

  3. Your new list opens immediately, ready for you to add leads.

Organizing with folders

Keep your lists organized by creating folders:

  • Click the folder icon in the sidebar to create a new folder.

  • Drag lists into folders, or move them from the list context menu.

  • Folders can be nested for deeper organization.

Favorites

Star your most-used lists to pin them to the top of the sidebar for quick access.

List actions

Right-click any list or use the actions menu to:

  • Rename or edit the description

  • Move to a folder

  • Duplicate the list

  • Export to CSV

  • Delete the list
