Setting up your ICP
Go to the ICP page from the top navigation.
Define your ideal customer criteria: industry, company size, job titles, technologies, geography, and more.
Save your ICP profile. You can create multiple profiles for different segments.
Running ICP scoring
Open a lead list.
Click Add Smart Column and select ICP Fit Analysis.
If you have multiple ICP profiles, select which one to score against.
The AI will analyze each lead and assign a fit score.
Understanding scores
Each lead gets a score indicating how well it matches your ICP. Use this to prioritize your outreach - focus on the highest-scoring leads first for better conversion rates.
