Custom AI columns let you run any prompt against each lead's data. This is the most flexible smart column type.
How to use
Open a lead list and click Add Smart Column.
Select Custom AI.
Write your prompt. You can reference lead fields using variables like the lead's name, company, title, etc.
The AI processes each lead individually and populates the results.
Example use cases
"Write a one-sentence personalized opening line for a cold email"
"Categorize this company as SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise based on their size and industry"
"Rate the urgency of reaching out to this contact on a scale of 1-5"
"Identify the most relevant pain point for this person based on their role and company"
Tips
Be specific in your prompt for better results.
The AI has access to all data on the lead (name, company, title, LinkedIn data, enrichment results).
Each lead is processed independently - the AI does not see other leads in the list.
