Credits are the currency for enrichment and smart column operations in Cleanlist. The core principle: you only pay for results.

Key rules

  • Failed enrichments cost zero credits. If Cleanlist cannot find an email or phone for a lead, you are not charged.

  • You pay once per successful result, regardless of how many providers were queried during the waterfall.

  • Credits are deducted at the organization level - all team members share the same pool.

Checking your balance

Your credit balance is always visible in the top navigation bar. Click it to see:

  • Remaining credits and percentage used

  • Total credits for your current billing period

  • When credits reset (based on your billing cycle)

  • Quick upgrade options

Credit monitoring

You can configure low-credit notifications to get alerted when your balance drops below a threshold. Usage reports are available for download to track spending over time.

Plan options

  • Free trial - Complimentary credits for new accounts, no payment method required.

  • Subscription plans - Monthly credit allocations at discounted rates with priority support.

Refunds

Since failed enrichments are always free, refunds are rarely needed. If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly, contact support via live chat.
