Connection issues

If Cleanlist is not loading or you see a "Connection Lost" message, try these steps.

Quick fixes

  1. Refresh the page - Most temporary issues resolve with a page refresh.

  2. Check your internet connection - Make sure you are connected to the internet.

  3. Clear browser cache - Sometimes stale cached data can cause issues. Clear your browser cache and reload.

  4. Try a different browser - If the issue persists, try Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

CRM integration issues

  • If your HubSpot or Salesforce connection stops working, go to Integrations and reconnect.

  • Authorization tokens can expire - reconnecting refreshes them.

Enrichment stuck

If an enrichment session appears stuck:

  • Wait a few minutes - large batches can take time.

  • Refresh the page to check if progress has actually continued.

  • If truly stuck for more than 15 minutes, contact support via live chat.
