Common questions about your account, organization, and billing.

How do I change my email?

Click your profile avatar, then Account settings. You can update your email from there.

How do I switch organizations?

Use the organization switcher in the top navigation bar. If you belong to multiple organizations, you can switch between them.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Billing and Plans from your profile menu. You can manage or cancel your subscription from there. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Contact our support team via live chat to discuss refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support via live chat and request account deletion. We will process your request and confirm when complete.
