Cleanlist processes publicly available professional data under the legitimate interest legal basis (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). This data includes professional contact information that individuals have made publicly available through platforms like LinkedIn and company websites.

  • Right to rectification - Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure - Request deletion of their data

When using Cleanlist data for outreach, you are responsible for:

  • Complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction

  • Respecting opt-out requests from contacts

  • Including unsubscribe mechanisms in email outreach

  • Not using data for purposes prohibited by law
