How to submit a removal request
Email [email protected] with the following information:
Your full name
Your email address(es) you want removed
Your LinkedIn profile URL (if applicable)
A brief description of your request
What happens next
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
Your data will be removed from our systems within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We will confirm completion of your request via email.
Scope of removal
Removal from Cleanlist means your data will no longer appear in future enrichment results. Note that Cleanlist does not control third-party data providers - if you want comprehensive removal, you may also need to contact the individual data providers directly.
For Cleanlist users
If a prospect asks you to remove their data, you should remove them from your lists in Cleanlist and add them to your suppression list to prevent future outreach.
