Cleanlist integrates with four CRM platforms via OAuth 2.0. Your CRM passwords are never stored by Cleanlist.

Plan requirement: CRM integrations are available on Pro and higher plans.

Supported CRMs

CRM

Capabilities

HubSpot

Import contacts, export enriched leads, auto-sync, field mapping, CRM contact lookup

Salesforce

Lead/contact/campaign sync, custom field mapping, sandbox testing, auto-sync

Pipedrive

Contact importing, person and organization field mapping

Microsoft Dynamics

Contact and lead sync from Dynamics 365, standard and custom fields

Setting up a connection

  1. Go to Integrations in the Cleanlist portal.

  2. Select your CRM and click Connect.

  3. Authorize via OAuth (takes under a minute).

  4. Configure field mappings - standard fields map automatically, custom fields can be configured manually.

Sync options

  • Import-only - Pull contacts from CRM into Cleanlist for enrichment.

  • Two-way sync - Keep data in sync between platforms.

  • Manual on-demand - Sync whenever you choose.

  • Automatic scheduled - Set intervals (hourly, daily) for automatic sync.

Key features

  • Incremental sync - Only new or modified records are synced.

  • Upsert support - Existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated.

  • Sync logging - Detailed logs of every sync operation.

  • Automatic retry - Failed syncs are retried automatically.

CRM Contact Lookup smart column

Use the CRM Contact Lookup smart column (0.5 credits/lead, Pro+ plan) to check which leads in your Cleanlist already exist in your connected CRM. This helps avoid duplicates and identify which prospects your team has already contacted.
