Key terms and concepts used throughout Cleanlist.
Core concepts
Waterfall enrichment - The process of cascading through multiple data providers in sequence to find contact information. If Provider A does not have the data, Provider B is tried, then C, and so on.
Credits - The unit of currency for enrichment and smart column operations. 1 credit = 1 email find, 10 credits = 1 phone find.
Lead list - A collection of contacts/leads that you can organize, enrich, analyze, and export.
Smart column - An AI-powered column that automatically analyzes or enriches each lead in a list. 17 types available.
Smart agent - A custom AI field where you define any question in natural language and AI answers it for each lead using their LinkedIn data.
Action column - A column that triggers external side effects (push to CRM, notify, re-enrich) rather than storing data.
