Cleanlist has four plan tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Here is exactly what is included in each.

Free

For trying out the platform

  • Leads per list: 100

  • Data sources: CSV upload only

  • Smart columns: Not available

  • Smart agents: Not available

  • People search: Not available

  • CRM integrations: Not available

  • API access: Not available

Starter

For individuals and small teams getting started

  • Leads per list: 2,500

  • Data sources: CSV upload, People search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator import, Company upload

  • Basic smart columns: 14 types (see list below)

  • Smart agents: Yes - ask custom AI questions about your leads

  • Browser extension: Yes

  • CRM integrations: Not available (upgrade to Pro)

  • API access: Not available (upgrade to Pro)

Pro (Most Popular)

For teams scaling their prospecting workflows

  • Leads per list: 2,500

  • Everything in Starter, plus:

  • CRM import: Import contacts directly from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics

  • CRM integrations: Two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics

  • AI smart columns: Custom AI, Custom Classification, CRM Contact Lookup

  • API access: Public REST API + webhooks

  • Priority support

Enterprise

For organizations building GTM systems at scale

  • Leads per list: Unlimited

  • Everything in Pro, plus:

  • Playbooks: Automated multi-step workflows

  • Analytics dashboard

  • Dedicated success manager

Smart columns: Basic vs AI

Smart columns are split into two tiers based on complexity:

Basic smart columns (Starter+)

  • Clean First Name, Format Phone

  • Email Validation

  • Enrich Company, LinkedIn Research

  • Find Competitors, Find Similar Companies

  • Website Analysis, ICP Fit Analysis

  • Cold Intro Email

  • Data Quality: Name Check, Domain Check

  • Contact Timezone

  • Duplicate Detection

AI smart columns (Pro+)

  • Custom AI: Run any AI prompt against each lead

  • Custom Classification: Classify leads by any criteria you define

  • CRM Contact Lookup: Check if leads exist in your CRM

Credits are separate from plans

All plans include a monthly credit allocation for enrichments and smart columns. Credit amounts vary by plan. You can view your current balance and plan details in Billing and Plans.

Upgrading

Upgrade anytime from Settings > Billing and Plans. Prorated billing applies for mid-cycle upgrades.
